Panorama360 is the only panorama app that can stitch photos in any order or arrangement, including vertical, horizontal, or mixed arrangements. As others have commented here, Panorama will do things you never thought of and do them extremely quickly. It's incredibly modern and sophisticated with a low minimum threshold for the user's skill but boundless capabilities for those who are ambitious to craft complete database systems. My first choice to try for something like that would be PTGUI. Perhaps it is, as it will go dormant, for the months that you do not open it during your subscription period. Outdated software yes, but I still find it does an excellent job of stitching my (mostly) hand-held pano’s.
