Trying to get my Nvidia shield controller working on PC is impossible.oh god, it took me hours to fix it, i had to download an older driver or something like that to make it work.That's what I did too and now it's fully working, I had an error that windows was unable to start the scp driver due to some signing problemI did but I don't remember how I managed to fix it, I think it was by disabling uefi secure boot..I did disable secure boot but I'm still getting the SCP DSx service error whenever I reboot. and using sudo or a similar access management tool to gain root access... or if there is no such tool installed on the remote host yet, you may have to login as root on the actual system console: it (and only it) has special exception that allows logging in as root even if the root account has become locked.I will try that. There might be a firewall blocking your connection. try telnet host 80 if there is an http server on the host. But for mine which uses Windows 7 Professional, it does this.
