Just standard use in mostly just Rocket League. I guarantee it is your best option. Do yourself a favor, and save up for those, as you'll pay more than that in replacements for these every month.
I open the box and there’s a old model Xbox controller within the box which looks to be used it has like dirt in between the gaps on the controller and I tried using it but the controller has a drift to it.

The three Xbox One controllers I've had from Microsoft (all ranging in $60 - $80) have had some sort of break or malfunction within a few months of use. Makes the controller completely useless for any games requiring the left stick, which is pretty much every game. The $180 controllers last a lot longer, but they're like 3x the price.
